We were first time home buyers with all that comes with that and he took it all in stride. His descriptor on his website is so true. He really cares about being your guide through home buying when you have no idea what you're doing. He's transparent and honest and like someone else said he really points out every aspect of the houses and what it will mean for your situation. The good the bad and the...very ugly (I made him see it all). He's super accessible and prompt. Reviews all paper work and liaisons between you and everyone.
