This is our second time working with Marc (first time was a purchase, now sale) - he's very knowledgeable, and always remembers small details from previous meetings that help save time/energy in the long run. I appreciate his confidence in himself, and the support team he works with (back up agent while out of town, photographer, etc.), that instilled confidence from us in him as well. Marc gave great advice/tips throughout the process, even with things not technically related to the sale, but just "good to know/remember". I would honestly recommend Marc to anyone - we've had great experiences on both occasions.
