Marc is a clear standout from the rest, literally, he is a really big guy!! I had the pleasure of first meeting Marc at an open house and he was the showing Agent. I had gone to this open house on a whim and was not really in the market for a new home, I instantly liked Marc and really connected with him as he came across very genuine and trust worthy. Marc asked if I had representation and if not he would be happy to help me find my next home if and when I was ready (no pressure). Well I took him up on that offer and couldn’t be happier that I did!!! Over the course of the following year and a half Marc work tirelessly catering to my ever changing wish list of what I wanted in a home and locations of where I wanted to settle. There were times where I would message him 4 or 5 times in a week to go see different houses and at the drop of a hat he would make the arrangements (anything from new builds, private sales, country homes to Condo’s) The thing that stood out most to me was at each home he took me to, he really paid attention to what appealed to me and he always had my best interests at heart. There were countless times he pointed out items I never would have known to think of (up coming construction, neighborhood issues/ background, foundation issues, structural damages, quality of craftsmanship, builder reputation, general wear and tear on home and appliances, the list goes on and on). This level of attention to detail and only settling for the absolute best for me is what separates Marc from the highly concentrated sea of Real Estate Agents out there. I really felt like over my time working with Marc the dynamic went from being my Agent to becoming my friend. When Marc’s tireless journey to finding the “right one” for our family finally came to an end (because he found the gem), it was a little bittersweet as it meant we wouldn’t be seeing him on a regular basis anymore. I think my mom who came to a lot of the showings took it the hardest as she loved joking around with Marc!! I have told anyone I know in the market for a house “I got the guy for you” and say that with full confidence as Marc truly deserves all the praise he receives. Since the purchase of my home I have received countless check-ins to ensure everything is going well, Christmas Cards and a present for the family, Home and Garden show tickets, Red Black tickets and congratulations on the anniversary of your home.
