Marcel is very understanding and accommodating. He listed our house a year ago. Due to personal issues we had to cancel our contract. No question asked. Late January of 2023 we tried again. He was extremely honest, upfront, and easy to reach to answer questions at all times. Within 10 days our house was sold above asking price. Must mention that we did lower our original price after being on the market for 9 days. We would highly recommended Marcel.
