He was open, honest and had in-depth knowledge of the area and the listings that were appropriately priced for what they were worth. I never felt like his opinions were sales-centric, and really felt that he was speaking from his genuine thoughts about whether properties were worth their weight. He is a busy guy (since he's so good!) but always makes time for you when it counts. I always felt like Marcel was an advocate for me and my needs and am so grateful every day that I got to work with him!
