Marty and his time were amazing. I put my house up for sale at a time, in Vancouver, when the market was a few months off its peak (september 2018) and beginning to slow drastically. It took a few months but in these very difficult conditions Mary and his team worked hard (we had many many open houses), giving me staging advice, advertising more widely than other realtors, and working his contacts. It's not just Marty. His team is really good too. Communication was superb throughout the process. I'd recommend Marty to anyone selling their house and I plan to use his team when I'm buying sometime in the next year.
