Agent found a buyer. House placed under contract. $1,000.00 escrow came up missing after the buyer couldn't get financing. The broker and the lawyers played pass the ball. All have been reported for professional misconduct. Very disappointed with how the escrow was mis handled and her "Oh well" attitude about it.
