We (my partner and I) were very particular about we wanted. We ended up taking over a year to find what we wanted, but Megan kept taking us to view homes and keeping us informed about new homes that met our criteria. She never complained, or pushed us into something she didn't want. When we found the right home, she did so much work setting up the contract and organizing inspection times that I feel truly grateful that we chose her.
