She would not give homeowner our offer even though it was full asking. She was ignoring us because she wanted to bring her own buyer and double end the deal. She lied to the homeowner, and would not return the calls of my agent. So when her buyer finally put in an offer, we were 'allowed' to be a back up offer and had to now offer OVER ASKING!! She is a villain, truly, a a cruelly malicious person who is devoted to wickedness, and a scoundrel. She and her company are to be avoided at all costs.
