Hands down, she was simply the best real estate agent I ever worked with. This was my 11th transaction since purchasing my first property in 2003. I would recommend her to anyone, for both buy and sell sides. On the buy side, she did a ton of work while I was away to ensure I saw properties that woudl be to my liking, and within my budget. On the sell side, she effectively hedged against a cool'ish market by timing our go-to-market strategy just right, and providing the appropriate staging materials. Never thought I would say this, but, I loved my experience! It was easy, professionally done, turn-key, and all of the typical challenges were taken care off (including the little things, like managing visitors to ensure they had shoe covers to visit the carpeted sections of the house). Highly, highly recommended.
