In addition to the usual background information on the listing and details on comps he was straight in with a site visit that he captured on video for us. He also organised a contractor to visit the home to give us a sense of renovation options and costs. In the matter of a few short days we bought the home sight unseen. When we were finally able to visit, it was exactly as described. Since we bought the place Myles has continued to help us and routinely offers to assist with no direct benefit to him.
