Navpreet Ji is one of the best real estate advisors we have in Brampton area. He knows the area very well and works off of clients budget and needs and does his research before showing properties. Sometimes he gives you flavor of worst and best properties to get perspective so that we can see what is most important to us as a client. He doesn't push the client and thats was the KEY we did work with him. Navpreet Ji come strongly when house is worthless or doesn't meet our needs even though we show some interest because I believe he understands client req better than client itself :), so I would blindly trust Mr. Navpreet. I have great experience working with him and I would suggest others as well. He also provided with different vendors to call and get estimates, recommended a guys for inspection,  legal and mortgage as well. He only recommends when you ask them unlike others who asks client to get service from his recommendations only. I like that about him. He is very professional and gets best deal for his clients.
