Nick listed my husbands townhouse in 2018, it sold rather quickly but my husband passed away from time of offer to closing which created quite a problem. Nick guided me through this and was there for me and the house closed as promised. In May 2021 I too listed my townhome with Nick and again he was there for me and it sold quickly.
