We could never get in contact with him after signing the listing agreement. We were left anxious and stressed and when we finally got in-touch with him and told him we were not happy he stated he is busy and won't waste his time or ours. That was it. We requested cancellation of the listing to go with another agent and of course we could never get in contact with him to have the cancellation documentation signed or to get our keys back. He lacked professionalism and communication skill. If you want to be treated decently I would not recommend Paul.
