Do not deal with Paul for any reason. He will go to any length to make a sale, even purposely destroying the hopes & dreams of a young couple. He will lie, not only to his own client as the buyer, but also to the seller regarding the same property. He is a disgrace to the profession. For some reason, I cannot now find the terrible ratings that I read about him from his other clients.
