Reg is a shady dealer who altered our offer to purchase contract without us knowing (crossed out the section about the Disclosure Statement) and failed to point out what we have been told by other agents and appraisers were obvious MAJOR issues with the house. He suggested an offer amount that he later admitted was too high (around at least more than 20,000 higher than the property was worth).Not recommended, 2/10
