It's surprising that Qualico employs this person. Qualico has a reputation for being transparent and dependable but while attempting to buy a new home, he was deceptive and rude. The other agent accidentally forwarded some of his replies and it was disgusting. DO NOT buy a Foxridge Home as long as he is involved - I'm glad I didn't.
