As newcomers to Canada, without proof of employment, it was mission impossible to find accommodation before arriving on site, but nothing seems impossible for Roch who allowed us to find an apartment in record time and from a distance. He was the key intermediary between us and the owners and gave 100% so that we had an apartment before our arrival. The most incredible being that his quality services were completely free (for tenants). He was always available via messaging and email and regularly sent us offers that corresponded to our budget and our requirements. Then he took care of applying for the offers that interested us and managed all the communication with the owner. That's how we are now tenants in Ottawa in a spotless apartment that we were able to move into directly upon our arrival, which was a great relief.
