We are out of towners and Russell made us feel welcome and a priority, he was patient and showed us the various neighborhoods and educated us on the pros and cons. We looked at quite a few houses and Russ even did a couple of virtual tours when we couldn't make it up in a timely manner. Russ obviously cares about his clients and it was all about finding the right house for us. He offered insights and opinions but they were not imposing. While we think we have now found our last home I would absolutely seek Russ out if we buy again and would recommend him to family and friends.
