Russell offered amazing support to my husband and I. We are first time home buyers, and new to the Kelowna Area. We did not know neighbourhoods, and were unfamiliar with Kelowna in general. Russell was patient, and supportive, and always welcomed all the questions I would ask. If he didn't know the answer, he said so, and would try to find the answer for me. He made himself available by text, so when anything would come up, we always had good communication. Russell and Nate were amazing agents, and worked so hard on our behalf to help us every step of the way.
