Shak was great at his job. He is very prompt acted quickly and was always available at any pointof time to help talk through any concerns we had. He helped us navigate through a multiple offers situation and still manage to get us the house. He was also very honest about his thoughts about a house and didn't ever rush or force us into making any decisions.
