My husband and were selling our home and trying to find the dream home for our family to enjoy for many years to come. Sharon Cremen assisted us with selling our home. She showed us numerous home to purchase. We decided on a house and went thru negotiations. We proceeded with the purchase and used those business recommended by Sharon for home inspection and water testing. BIG MISSTAKE!!! That was our first of many mistakes. Sharon drew up the contract and in the contract stated that the house had a water softner system, built in microwave, etc. This was the second mistake made. It was not until after we signed the papers for the purchase and the house was ours that we found out that the water failed since there was NO water softener system in place and functioning. Doesn't sound like a big deal, well it was huge. The water was unsafe for my children to drink. No one wanted to take responsibility for this huge oversight not the inspector, not the water testing company, and surely not the realtor. We had no recourse just I am sorry. We would NOT recommend her for the future to anyone!
