Shayne, at my request, has been sending me listings I might be interested in for the past few years. I told him I was not specifically looking for something, just you never know. He gladly sent me listings and promptly returned my calls knowing it was probably just for my curiosity. When the time came that I found something, he was on it and it was done in no time. Very happy!
