I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the builder's realtor, and it was far from pleasant. Throughout the process, this realtor displayed a level of rudeness and condescension that left me thoroughly disappointed. I sincerely hope to never have to work with them again. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in real estate, and unfortunately, my encounter with this realtor fell short in both respects.
