Contact had numerous dates including from 2022. She represented herself as doing everything under NPDODGE including estate sale. Said she could take care of everything. Have numerous witnesses. The estate sale was June 9th 2023. She had not responded to emails or given a list of items sold and no money from the estate sale has been send to the property owners.
