Susan"s knowledge, experience and advice proved to be accurate. She arranged an "open house" as soon as the house went on the market, she advised that it would not take long to sell, that the price was pitched right and that the buyer would probably be from Ontario. All of this was correct. The house sold immediately for the asking price. For the house that my husband and I purchased Susan advised that it was possible to request a cleaning company to clean the house before moving in as part of the conditions of sale. When I saw the wording of this it appeared too "harsh" to me and I requested its removal and that I would do any cleaning required. I wish I had taken her advice given the rodent traps we found on the inside of the house in the kitchen and laundry.
