Susan was amazing to work with. As first time home buyers she really helped guide us through the process and looked out for our best interests. We really trusted her and are so appreciative for her honesty. We purchased a new build and she went above and beyond to help us secure it and was also involved in getting us the finishings we wanted. Even after moving into our home she continued to follow up and make sure we were happy and organized little details that needed to be tied up such as window cleaning and a dishwasher installation. Despite moving from out of town, the whole process was manageable as Susan helped with a lot of the heavy lifting, organizing, and fact finding in our search for a home.
