We found Tania to be both extremely competent and professional, but also delightfully pleasant. She was reassuring when our mortgage had a small 'roadblock' (the last thing anyone wants when buying a house are more problems!). Best of all she quickly managed to fix the problem (it was not a problem due to anything she did). We would absolutely recommend her!
