We integrated with him for this process and on the very 1st day he said, " I see you guys shifting to your own house in the next 2 months".Frankly speaking, we thought it is like the usual promises all agents make, but, unbelievably, on the 11th day of our search we were actually bidding for a house we really loved. There were 13 bids and a couple of them over our offer price.We had the least hope to get the house but 100% willingness to own it, as we really loved it.To our surprise, our offer outrighted all the other offers; although our offer was on a lower price side. This wouldn't have been possible without Mr.Tej's thorough negotiation skills, that today we are actually writing this review sitting on a couch in our new house. He understands the local market well and his honesty and integrity towards every individual client sets him apart.He is transparent in imparting the knowledge and believes in sharing the authentic information, and not what the client wants to hear.
