I was a relocation seller (guaranteed sale), he changed 10% commission across the sale price (took advantage of the situation). When I called he didn't answer, he put no effort into marketing, trying to keep the commission between himself and his partner. It took 6 months to sell at this rate. That was 6 months carrying cost for me. Completely not impressed.
