It's been an interesting experience working with Tom and the rest of the A-Team in purchasing our home/ investment property. We started searching on 18th March 2024 and we got the key to our home/ investment property on 5th April 2024 - that's fast 🚀 Tom was thoughtful through the tough process of buying a home in Calgary at this moment. He took his time with us, and guided us through decision making. He was patient with us for the Mahogany purchase after we had initially decided not to go for it and later coming back to make a go for it. He calmed our fear of the unknown by making use of the home inspectors. Ryan checked every detail and reassured us the property was good. I enjoyed working with Tom and I look forward to doing this together again. PS: I do not feel like an amateur home buyer any longer. It was a three weeks master class on home buying.
