I found Robyn Moser to be very friendly and knowledgeable. We have used her services several times and have found her excellent at both selling homes quickly and patiently looking at homes for purchase. I found her very helpful when it came to home staging and renovations. She had lots of helpful ideas that really helped to show our home to the best of it's ability. I really like that she has a home stager come in to rearrange this before the professional photos are taken for her online listings. I've found that the way that homes are presented online makes a huge difference in both the asking price as well as the speed in which the home is shown. I've found her to be very personable but not in a sales kind of way, if you know what I mean. My favourite part of her service is that she will resell your home for free after six months if you are unhappy with it. This really helped to ease the fear of buying a home for us. I would definitely and have recommended her services many times.

Robyn was fantastic and helped us for over a month, just looking at different houses (we probably looked at 50 houses online and went to see 20). We took our time and figured out what we really wanted in a house. When we finally found a house that we wanted to buy, she and her team listed our house on Thursday, had the staging team in on Friday, did an open house on Saturday and sold our house on Friday. When the agent selling the house was not being very co-operative, she went down to the sellers to present our offer in person. She represented us very professionally and fairly. We are loving this house and neighborhood.

This past June, I decided to take advantage of the hot-paced Calgary real estate market and sell my house. I felt Robyn was very attentive at the beginning of listing my property, however, as the selling process went on I felt that the professionalism and responsiveness went down hill. Once a buyer was found, Robyn was more difficult to contact. Just after the money.
