Steph did an amazing job. We needed a quick turnaround to find the right home to buy so we could port our mortgage during these challenging times for home buyers. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we didn't waste time viewing properties that wouldn't work for us. Rion really was great to work with. He ended up showing us many houses, before we found our home. We didn't make it was as my husband was commuting in from Toronto. Rion was super flexible with his schedule to show us as many homes as we could fit in the few days, and with short notice. He was always professional and very knowledgable, you can tell he's passionate about his job. We ended up feeling like we'd made a friend. Amanda was able to get our house changed from residential to commercial to get us the best price. There was a glitch with the first buyer that put in a bid and although this glitch was no fault of either Amanda, Amy or Vantage West Amanda worked tirelessly to rectify the glitch. We moved out of province before the house was sold and some homeless and crack addicts broke into the house and caused some damage. Amanda was instrumental in taking care of cleaning up the mess that was made. She also kept us updated on everything that was happening. In all the showings, he was very transparent, considerate and had a calm demeanor which actually helped us in a way to better make judgements.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mrs. Swapna was extremely nice and professional, working 24hrs around the clock. I found a listed place on realtor which she was the broker for and within 2 days I had already had a showing, signed the lease and moved in. Extremely quick and efficient. She monitored the whole process closely and went out of her way to help me anyway she could, assisting me from the beginning right to the very end truthfully.
