I am not a big fan of realtors. I find many of them sleazy, and often feel like they are insincere. Heather is completely different from a normal realtor. She's extremely honest and forthright. She's very detail-oriented and analytical, which I really appreciate. Her market report was super detailed, and accurately predicted our final sale price. I don't mean to make Heather sound like a robot, because she's not. In fact, the thing I appreciated most was her was timely advice and encouragement when we were nervous about our sale progress.
