We were first time home buyers and were worried about how complicated the process might be but Jordan made sure that the process was easy as it could be guiding us at every stage and making sure we were well informed and happy at every stage. I must say he goes above and beyond and his support doesn't end after you close, we had a small mishap with a sump pump resulting in a flooded basement on closing day and he was there the next day with pool pump and other equipment to get the water out and helped us with getting the insurance claim submitted by the sellers since it happened before closing. He did keep on checking with us until the claim was settled etc..
