I was a first-time homebuyer during the crazy boom and eventual leveling out over the pandemic and beyond. My house came on the market on a Friday afternoon in the middle of the summer. That evening we were viewing the house, by 8:00 pm Amy had submitted our offer, and by 10:00 pm the house was mine. I was blown away that Amy was so willing to work late into a summer Friday night for me. It was truly incredible, and I am sure I would have lost out if I was working with a realtor who was less dedicated to their clients.
