We are a military family who had one week to make all of our decisions regarding the purchase of a new home/build. We chose Amy as our realtor to help us with a new build because she was a friend and we valued two things we knew to be true of Amy: she is honest, and she has expert knowledge of carpentry/building. She surpassed our expectations throughout this process and we highly recommend her as a realtor across the board, but especially if you are on a military house hunting trip and/or plan to do a new build. Before our arrival, Amy provided detailed itineraries that were achievable prior to our arrival and offered ideal support through every step of the process. She gave us a prediction of options she believed would fit our needs best, which ended up being completely accurate. She was available and provided realistic expectations of when she would not be available. Throughout the selection process with the builder, she provided her expert knowledge, raised important questions for both us and the builder, and was an advocate and asset at all times. When we would ponder a decision or need for more information, Amy consistently followed up with answers to our questions. We pondered shades of white paint and she showed up with numerous swatch samples from the right brand for our builder, we contemplated the purchase versus rent of On Demand hot water, and she emailed us later that day with information on pricing and longevity. We have never before experienced this level of detail and follow up with a realtor. Amy continues to be a calming influence in the process and we look forward to continued work with her.
