We've worked with Andrew twice and both times we were very pleased with his work style and the results! Andrew is responsive to requests, proactive in sharing listings that he thought might meet our needs, and is very familiar with Victoria and surrounding communities. Andrew has a great sense of humour, which can help during stressful times and his down to earth nature helps with putting the market into perspective. After our most recent purchase, Andrew was helpful with all the questions we had for the sellers, checking in to see if we needed anything, and making recommendations for things like blinds, which is useful when you are in a new city or community. While we hope not to move again for a while, we would definitely work with Andrew again!
