I was so fortunate to found Andrew who knows a lot about home construction and has vast market knowledge. Every time we viewed a new property Andrew would perform a thorough inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish etc and even he crawled into creepiest basements to check for us.He also led us through bidding war with multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.
