We used Becky for the purchase of our home in Kelowna and she has been amazing in every aspect. As we lived out of town, we had to travel multiple times and on short notice. Becky was always available to set up and do the showings on short notice until we found a home we loved. When we did put an offer in, we also continued to look at other homes in the event that something may not go as planned and Becky did not have any problems with doing that with us. In the negotiation of the purchase, we were able to get a better price than we anticipated due to Becky’s recommendations. We purchased a home under construction which involved a considerable amount of back and forth between us and the seller where Becky was the communicator between both parties. She answered all of our questions and communicated the sellers responses back to us in a short timeframe. Her knowledge of the Kelowna area and quick and clear communication made this purchase stress free and an enjoyable experience! We also recommended Becky to our friends who in turn successfully purchased a property, also at a lower price as well! She has gone above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our decision and answered questions way to early in the morning and way to late at night!
