Jim was amazing to deal with. Know him for years, but first time dealing with him professionally. Always responsive to our group message when we had a question or request. Went above and beyond to help with viewings and always gave us the best advice. He ended up helping the seller with advice and his knowledge to speed up the transaction as it was very time sensitive and they were selling privately.
