I first met Bryon when we were trying to sell our house 11 years ago. At that time he followed through on all his promises on timing and pricing for our sale... it sold within his 2 week promise and at the price we wanted. Since then I have referred him to various friends and family, all of which worked out successfully... he actually went above and beyond with my elderly aunt... not only did he sell her house well above asking price, but took her to visit seniors' residences and negotiated rental prices on her behalf.... currently I have been working with Shirley of the Howard Team on the purchase of my new house, but Bryon has been close by offering advice and checking in... today Bryon and Shirley list my house. I am excited for this next chapter with them! Always kind, honest, fun, and going the extra mile! Highly recommend.
