I’ve moved to Canada from Bangladesh recently with my wife, before coming here i wanted to rent a place beforehand. I contacted Bryon over the internet and paid him a deposit and when I landed in Canada, my rented home was ready. Also it was very easy to communicate with Bryon through mails and messages from Bangladesh, given the difference in time zones.
