I needed to sell my condo and I didn’t know where to begin. I was referred to Cristine by a good friend, and I wasn’t sure how that relationship would turn out, but I am so grateful. Working with Cristine has been an amazing experience. We met up, went over the details of my condo, and made a list of goals such as the moving, the storage, all the documents, and the tentative sale date, etc.. At the time, I was in my last year of university and working, so I was quite preoccupied with school, exams, and work, and needless to say that, it was not an ideal time for to sale home and move. Cristine checked on me and regularly, and she even brought me food because she knew it was a very stressful time for me. She regularly reviewed our checklist, and if anything, that may still need to be addressed. She was very supportive and caring. It was very obvious that, she is genuinely a nice person with no hidden agendas. She helped me stay on track through these chaotic times. I didn’t know a lot of things about selling a property, and she approached me with kindness. She treated with me with such care and dignity. Being able to trust is of utmost importance to me when I let someone into my circle, and I felt that I could trust her. I felt safe with her. She listened to me and guided me where I needed help. I needed to update some things and I was worried because I didn’t know anyone, but she helped me connect with other services to make it happen. Through her recommendations, I met some great people, who were also, very genuine and amazing human beings just like her. We were able to get my condo sold pretty reasonably fast, and I was very relived because I needed to move. I love Cristine. She is an amazing soul, and I recommend her to anyone.
