We can't thank Colton enough for finding us our forever home! We had worked with him in the past to find a rental, so it was a no brainer that we would be buying with him when the time came. We shifted our timeline a few times, but he always kept us up to date on listings and market news even when he knew we wouldn't be buying right away. Colton is very knowledgeable, and that was clear through communications from start to finish throughout this transaction. We were also making a move from Kitchener-Waterloo out to Stoney Creek and he was still able to share insights even though the area we were looking to purchase in is outside of his normal area. We ended up needing to bump our timeline up a bit when we found out we were pregnant - but Colton reassured us that he would be able to help out in what could have been a very stressful time. Colton was able to quickly arrange showings for us when we found some houses we were interested in. He was also able to add some other property suggestions into the mix based on our criteria - one of the houses he suggested also happens to be the house we ended up buying! During the viewings Colton was very professional and showed his knowledge once again. When we found a property we wanted to make an offer on Colton was very efficient in getting that together for us - and providing us with instruction and advice on what we need to do on our end. After a bit of back and fourth - we ended up getting our home under our budget and under asking price - so we felt very confident that Colton got us a great deal! Even after the transaction was finalized Colton still kept in touch to ensure everything else went smoothly with the move in and getting set up in the new place! We are now all settled into our new home, and beyond excited about that with the little one on the way. We can't thank Colton enough for everything!
