I would highly recommend Darcy if you are thinking of selling your home. He did everything that I expected from a realtor. He was knowledgeable about the current market and despite it being slow, he kept a positive attitude that buyers were still out there. He clearly explained his plan to market my property and kept me in the loop as showings were being requested and of feedback after. He also went above & beyond to ensure photos were on point, as well as stopping by to turn lights on for showings when I was not available. I have sold many houses over the years and I would say that Darcy was the first realtor I worked with that truly earned his commission.
