I had a less than stellar experience selling my property and wanted to go in a different direction with my buying agent. From the first time we spoke Dave was very professional and took all aspects of the process into consideration; What the market was doing, what was important to me, finding the perfect location, space and also what was realistically in my price range. Once we had an idea of what I was looking for and where I would like to live, Dave worked tirelessly to make sure we found the right spot. I was consistently receiving listing updates from Dave which made planning to see the properties much easier. Dave made himself available and worked with my schedule to arrange viewings at every property that I was interested in. At times this was a daunting process, at times I felt very discouraged, it was Dave’s professional attitude and positive energy that kept my mind focused on the task at hand. Finding a space that was close to my office, had most of the amenities I was looking for and was in my price range. Sure enough, we found a location and were able to put in an offer that was accepted. I ran into an issue after I had taken possession of the property. Again, Dave went way above and beyond to work with the other agent to make sure this issue was resolved to my complete 100% satisfaction. In my opinion Dave has shown me how a top realtor conducts himself in a caring and professional manner. I will not hesitate to use Dave and his services in the future.
