Pretty straight forward 5/5 stars for me. I purchased my very first condo in Vancouver through Irfan. It was a lengthy process over six months and many, many different viewings during that time. I thought I had my criteria nailed down but as I saw more and more properties and had discussions with Irfan, I kept adjusting it. Irfan was patient throughout that process and a wonderful guide who walked me through pros and cons, asked probing questions and challenged me to think more broadly and consider various different factors. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have as a partner for my first home buying experience. Irfan knows Vancouver really well, is incredibly organized, very thorough in drafting the documents and a savvy negotiator. I also appreciated that he never placed any pressure on me and despite serving numerous clients, always made me feel like I had his complete attention. Highly recommend Irfan.
