Jennifer was outstanding in her approach for first time home buyers We started with a vague idea of what we wanted/needed but we were able to quickly narrow that down to a realistic and attainable target. She went out of her way to accommodate our hectic shift work schedules to get the viewings we needed. On top of that she was able to get us additional viewings on the days we arranged to meet, at moments notice. She was never pushy, always professional. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she went out of her way to get one back to us ASAP. Bonus points for guiding us safely through the first time buyer process through a global pandemic.
