Joette handled the sale of a previous home for me and did an amazing job. So much so that I reached out to her to handle my most recent transaction. She was just as amazing (maybe more so) this time around as she was the first. Joette was incredibly organized and detailed when it came to getting the house listed - her stagers were awesome, photographer did a wonderful job and Joette was here to ensure that every little detail was taken care of. Once the house was listed Joette touched base and checked in on me throughout the process, calming jittery seller nerves when necessary during a rapidly shifting real estate market. She followed up on every showing, was marketing all of the time and provided advice during negotiations that was clearly based on her considerable experience and expertise. I have already recommended Joette to other potential sellers in my neighbourhood and will continue to do so. I won’t hesitated to call Joette should my next house need to be sold. Aside from all of that - which is pretty significant, she is the epitome of grace during what is one of life’s most stressful transactions. I look forward to working with her again.
